Larry meets a woman from Ennis’s past. Meanwhile, Miracle shares a deadly secret with Principal Sezno.

Knob Haven High begins to take their anti-drug campaign seriously. Unfortunately for drug addict Stuart, he mishears the words “math lab”.

The faculty and staff of Knob Haven High School throw a party at Huey Lewis’ house to try and impree the PTA. Helen attempts to reinvent herself,Larry tries to get Miracle’s attention with his “interesting” date,Andrew finds his true identity and Willard goes on a booze run.

Knob Haven High School has a chance to be a “distinguished school,” So Larry tries to impress Miracle by volunteering to give a speech to the school board. Meanwhile, Willard hopes of overcoming his fear of driving by volunteering to teach Driver’s Ed.

Miracle gives out flowers to the staff in order to celebrate the first day of spring. Unfortunately, the flowers turn out to be hemlock, causing Andrew to go in a coma. Miracle to lose her hippy-dippy spirituality as a result of Larry’s pragmatism.

Knob Haven High School has financial problems, and Acting Principal Sue Sezno must gain alumni donations by winning the upcoming football game or fire a faculty member. Meanwhile, a scandal erupts when Vice Principal Stuart Proszakian’s daily diet consists of pills confiscated from a student’s locker.
